We do the Prayer Journey to mobilize the church to pray in the vulnerable neighborhoods and to move in. If they already live there, our wish is that they see it as their mission field. Tambien es una oportunidad para levantar fondos para el trabajo de Múdate.

We believe in the power of prayer. We have seen communities transformed through prayer. On June 17, 2023, let’s pray while walking, running or biking. It could be said that we want to walk the road less traveled by many. The neighborhoods where we will go to pray are usually seen as unimportant places, areas where no one wants to go, forgotten places, even by the Church.

Behind the Prayer Journey, there is a prayer movement called Múdate (MoveIn). The vision of Múdate is based on John 1:14 “The Word became flesh and came to dwell among us”, in Múdate we mobilize regular Christians with regular jobs to move to live in this type of neighborhoods where they pray once a week.

We ask God to show us how He is working in the neighborhood and how we can join in. In this Prayer Journey we want to pray for the neighborhoods where we will go and those that we will not, we want to pray for the businesses, store owners, schools, community centers, social problems, and everything that the Holy Spirit will guide us in that day.

We walk and pray because we want to see more Christians becoming that neighbor in the marginalized neighborhood. We want Christians who already live there to be neighbors who impact their community. We hope that through our prayer, God will call many more to move into the neighborhoods of each city.

We want to invite our friends and brothers and sisters who believe in the vision of Múdate to be part of the movement that God is raising up in Latin America and the world, giving generously, so that the vision continues to spread.
